Non-Returnable Items

- Gloves & Mittens (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Products without original tags and packaging

Important Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive your returned items, our quality assurance team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. The inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days.
After approval, your refund will be processed within:
- Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with multiple methods, the refund will be distributed accordingly.
Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs for sending your replacement items.
Exchange Process
